These terms and conditions are also available and linked prior to purchase in the ticket sale process.
General Terms:
General Admission sales are final and non-refundable.
Make & Sip sales are eligible for a $25 partial refund in the event of cancellation of the craft event by the instructor.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
Ticket Purchase:
Tickets can be purchased online through our official website or authorized ticketing partner, SimpleTix.
All ticket purchases are subject to availability and may sell out.
Ticket Pricing:
Ticket prices are subject to change. Prices are determined annually in an attempt to balance the cost of producing the event with the value provided to ticket holders.
Additional fees such as service charges may apply.
Entry Requirements:
Each ticket is valid for one entry per person, unless otherwise specified.
Valid identification may be required for entry, and ticket holders must present their tickets upon request.
Event Details:
The festival organizers reserve the right to change the event lineup, schedule, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice. For up-to-date information, visit the program page at ghostsofsummerpdx.com.
In the event of cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the event, ticket holders will not be entitled to a refund, except in the event the rented venue provides a refund to the producers.
Ticket Transfer:
Tickets are transferable via SimpleTix using the function to change attendee names associated with the individual ticket.
Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
Lost or Stolen Tickets:
The festival organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
Duplicate tickets will not be issued under any circumstances.
Age Restrictions:
While there is no age restriction to attend, due to the nature of some presented content, the event has a recommended minimum age of 15. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to use discretion when permitting minors to attend.
Children under the age of 15 are not permitted to attend the festival unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
A responsible adult is defined as an individual aged 21 or older who assumes responsibility for the child's safety, behavior, and well-being throughout the duration of the event.
The responsible adult must be in possession of a valid ticket and present at all times while the child is attending the festival.
It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure that the child adheres to all festival rules, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Some areas of the event may have age restrictions. Alcohol will only be sold or served to ticket holders aged 21+ carrying legally recognized identification.
The festival organizers reserve the right to request proof of age for anyone attending the event.
Failure to comply with this clause may result in refusal of entry or expulsion from the event without refund.
Code of Conduct:
All attendees are expected to adhere to the festival's code of conduct and policies regarding behavior, safety, and respect for others.
Violation of these policies may result in ejection from the event without refund.
Liability Waiver:
Attendees assume all risks and liabilities associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
Force Majeure:
The event organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or labor disputes.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing a ticket to the festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
